The other half is composting it into something radically new.

So, like, what if you CHANGED? Today.

What would you be more of if you let go of the past?

Let’s say that a really cool Fairy Godmother appeared by your side right this second and said, “You are whatever you want to be from this day forward! We’ll just forget about all the times you were less than your best, and all the dark and brilliant ways that you’ve tried to love and be loved. And that one time you were a little bit nasty, let’s erase that from the record. And while we’re at it, we’ll forget about all the times you got bumped and bruised and neglected along the way.” It’s over. Free. Nothing to resent, nothing to be bitter about. Clean slate. Go.

Erdem showed us how this classic material is always ripe for a refresh by layering Chantilly inserts and appliques with bright hues-creating looks that are at the same time flirty, feminine and edgy. Mixing tradition with creative innovation is what modern style is all about…now add a dash of DIY with this Lace Embellished skirt we whipped up with our friends at Who What Wear!

To create, use a solid black skirt as your canvas. Choose 3 different shades of lace or lace trim. We used about 1/2 a yard of the black lace and yellow lace and 1 yard of the white lace trim. Cut out lace pieces from each color and layer creating a pattern on the skirt. Use pins to hold lace pieces in place as you arrange. Once satisfied with your layout begin to sew each lace cluster to the skirt.

I don’t even mean I’m not stocked up on any.
I mean, no food has seemed safe at all the past 3 to 4 weeks.

I have such wonderful, healthy food in my pantry and fridge. Le sigh.

3 day fast - binge - 3 day fast - binge - 3 day fast - binge - and it continues.

This is getting so old. It only upsets me when I think about it. Other than that, prozac takes care of the depression.
